Aéroports aux USA : des scanners un peu trop curieux

De nouveaux scanners ont été installés dans quelques aéroports aux États-Unis. Ils permettent de voir sous les vêtements des passagers. L'atteinte à la pudeur n'a, comme vous vous en doutez, pas tardé à être pointée du doigt par certaines associations.

La chose a été annoncée dernièrement par l'USDOT ( United States Department Of Transportation ), le Département des Transports aux États-Unis. Une dizaine d'aéroports, dont l'aéroport international de Los Angeles et l'aéroport JFK de New York, se sont équipés d'un type de scanner assez particulier, qui n'est toutefois pas une première au monde puisque déjà utilisé dans l'aéroport de Shiphol, aux Pays-Bas.

Le passager prend place dans une cabine transparente. Durant 10 secondes, des ondes millimétriques vont être émises. Dans une autre pièce, un peu plus loin, un agent verra s'afficher une image en 3D de la personne scannée, sans son visage qui est brouillé. Le but sera bien évidemment de détecter des objets en métal, en céramique, en plastique, mais aussi des matériaux chimiques ou explosifs. Mais selon certaines associations, cette fouille visuelle va trop loin et pose des problèmes d'atteinte à la pudeur.

Barry Steinhardt, directeur du programme Technologie et Libertés au sein de l'association ACLU ( American Civil Liberties Union ), cité par l'agence de presse AFP, pointe en effet du doigt le fait que l'on distingue très bien des " détails hautement personnels du corps, tels que des traces de mastectomies, des sacs pour colostomies, des implants pour pénis, des tubes cathéter ou la taille des seins ou appareils génitaux ".

Mais comme le rappelle Lara Uselding, du Département des Transports, le passager peut toujours choisir la traditionnelle fouille corporelle. Reste que dans les deux cas, l'impression n'est jamais très agréable.

D'ici la fin de l'année, 30 nouveaux aéroports seront équipés.

The Internet is the last true unregulated outpost of freedom of

speech but moves are afoot to stifle, suffocate, control and eventually

pull the plug on the world wide web as we know it. These threats are

not hidden nor are they hard to deduce and yet a significant number of Internet users remain naive as to their scope.

Despite many questioning the authenticity of a report that claimed ISP's had resolved to restrict the Internet to a TV-like subscription model where users will be forced to pay to visit selected corporate websites by 2012, while others will be blocked, the march towards regulation of the web is clear and documented.

We have been warning about the plan to let the old Internet die and replace it with a restricted and controlled Internet 2 for years. In 2006, we published an article about how the RIAA were attempting to broaden intellectual property distinctions to a point whereby merely linking to external content is judged as copyright infringement.

At the time, the article was met with a mixed response. Many were aware of the imminent dangers that threaten to change the face of the Internet but others were more hostile to the supposition that the world wide web could be devastated by landmark copyright case rulings as well as plans to develop "Internet 2."

Some accused us of yellow journalism and scaremongering yet the warning that the Elektra vs. Barker case could criminalize the very mechanism that characterizes the Internet was not concocted by Alex Jones or Paul Joseph Watson, it was a statement made by the very lawyer fighting the case, Ray Beckerman.

It was a danger also reported on by one of the UK's biggest technology news websites, the Inquirer, which also highlighted the frightening development in an article entitled, RIAA wants the Internet shut down.

The RIAA's argument was that defendant Tenise Barker downloaded music files and made them available for distribution by placing them in a shared folder. Though Barker paid for the files and downloaded them legally, and the files were not copied by anyone, the RIAA's motion states that simply making the files available constitutes copyright infringement.

As Beckerman points out, the entire Internet is nothing more than a giant network of hyperlinks making files 'available' to other people. If we link to CNN.com, we are making the file that constitutes the CNN homepage 'available' to other users. We don't own the copyright to any of CNN's material therefore if the RIAA's argument is accepted, by simply making that CNN file available from our website, even if no one clicks on the link, we are committing a breach of copyright.

At no point in our article did we suggest that the ruling definitely would shut down the Internet, we highlighted the fact that hundreds of transnational corporations like Amazon.com who solely rely on Internet trade would scream bloody murder. But what the ruling would grease the skids for is the move towards a strictly regulated Internet whereby government permission would be required to run a website and that website would be subject to censoring and deletion if it violated any "terms of use."

This wouldn't be much of a problem to giant transnational corporations, because their websites would remain accessible for everyone. Yet for thousands of political websites and blogs, the plug could be effectively pulled.

After a long legal fight, Elektra vs. Barker was decided largely in Elektra's favor, after a federal judge essentially validated the RIAA's position that having songs available in a KaZaA shared folder violates the distribution right under the Copyright Act.

The example that we cite in discussing what life would be like under "Internet 2" was that running a blog would be like having a You Tube account - any politically sensitive or controversial information that the owners dislike would immediately be removed as it is frequently on You Tube.

In addition, the slide towards a licensed Internet that will be sold using fear of identity and credit card fraud could lead to mandatory biometric thumb or finger scanning simply to access the world wide web.

This is hardly a stretch of the imagination, since numerous public services and functions of society are increasingly accessible only through providing some form of biometric identification. Credit passes for travel, ATM terminals and access to theme parks like Disneyland are just a few of the many services we use that are shifting towards mandatory biometric gatekeeping.

Furthermore, Pay By Touch Online and other companies have already developed and launched keyboard biometric finger scanning terminals that require users to submit their biometric print before they can access the Internet or buy online.

Piggybacking the net neutrality debate, Internet 2 is being shaped to replace the old Internet, which will be allowed to self-destruct as it labors under the pressures of being relegated to slower and slower pipes and users will simply desert a painstaking system.

More than two years ago in an article entitled, The End of the Internet?, The Nation magazine reported,

"The nation's largest telephone and cable companies are crafting an alarming set of strategies that would transform the free, open and nondiscriminatory Internet of today to a privately run and branded service that would charge a fee for virtually everything we do online."

"Verizon, Comcast, Bell South and other communications giants are developing strategies that would track and store information on our every move in cyberspace in a vast data-collection and marketing system, the scope of which could rival the National Security Agency. According to white papers now being circulated in the cable, telephone and telecommunications industries, those with the deepest pockets--corporations, special-interest groups and major advertisers--would get preferred treatment. Content from these providers would have first priority on our computer and television screens, while information seen as undesirable, such as peer-to-peer communications, could be relegated to a slow lane or simply shut out."

Internet 2 is being billed as the next generation of the world wide web and it has already set global speed records in terms of data transfer, far outstripping the old Internet.

One of the fathers of the Internet, David Clark, who served as chief protocol architect for the government's internet development initiative in the 1980s, has been given $200,000 by the National Science Foundation to covertly work on a "whole new infrastructure to replace today's global network," according to Wired Magazine.

Clark has vowed to create a "brave new world" in designing the new Internet, characterizing what he wanted for the new network to be "a coherent security architecture."

Dovetailing the onset of Internet 2 are government propaganda campaigns to demonize the existing Internet as a wild backwater for hate crime, child pornography and a terrorist recruiting ground.

Establishment kingpins and their cheerleaders have increased their level of vitriolic rhetoric against the Internet in recent years , as legislation in both the U.S. and Europe to regulate, stifle and license the Internet moves forward.

The White House's own recently de-classified strategy for "winning the war on terror" targets Internet conspiracy theories as a recruiting ground for terrorists and threatens to "diminish" their influence.

In addition, the Pentagon recently announced its effort to infiltrate the Internet and propagandize for the war on terror.

In an October 2006 speech, Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff identified the web as a "terror training camp," through which "disaffected people living in the United States" are developing "radical ideologies and potentially violent skills."

Chertoff pledged to dispatch Homeland Security agents to local police departments in order to aid in the apprehension of domestic terrorists who use the Internet as a political tool.

The European Union, led by former Stalinist and potential future British Prime Minister John Reid, has also vowed to shut down "terrorists" who use the Internet to spread propaganda.

The dangers to the freedom and very existence of the Internet as we know it are all too real and the way to counteract these developments is to get involved and get the word out. Simply burying our heads in the sand and being apathetic and naive about the threat is only going to aid those who wish to see the last outpost of freedom of speech shut off forever.

Bluetooth headsets gain popularity and
raise health concerns

It’s not surprising to see more and
more Bluetooth® devices out and about
nowadays, literally. Some have them in
their PDAs. Now, with the availability of
the wireless headset, you can walk into any
mall or megamart, and chances are you’ll
see at least a handful of people talking
into thin air with those wireless ear pieces
barely an inch from their brains.
Last year, Bluetooth headsets alone
gained 153 percent in worldwide sales.
The convenience of the hands free set had
finally gone cordless, and consumers got
their hands on them as fast as they could.
The irony comes when some people
purchase a Bluetooth headset in order to get
away from putting the cell phone to their
ears. Media reports about the dangers of
cell phone antennae causing brain tumors
have circulated since their introduction of
the mobile devices in the 1980s.
Critics of wireless devices advised
minimal use of cell phones and /or the use
of wired headsets to get the phones away
from the head. But the advent of Bluetooth
took the idea of the headset and made it
more convenient by taking away the wire.
What few people really understand is
that, energetically speaking, a Bluetooth
headset is not really much better than
keeping the phone receiver to the ear.
Like Wi-Fi, or wireless fidelity which was
covered in the recent Issue 8 of the KIMA
Journal, Bluetooth uses digital signals to
communicate between the headset and a
Bluetooth-enabled cell phone. Bluetooth
just covers a smaller distance than wi-fi,
whose signals can cover an area as large
as coffee shop and even as large as the
downtown district of a major metropolitan
city.
So when you receive a call on your
Bluetooth-enabled cell phone, the phone
relays a signal to the wireless headset. In
essence, the headset is an antenna right
on your ear that receives the signals. And
like all wireless devices, the stronger a
signal, the more “fidelity” or accurately
reproduced the information is, such as the
sound quality of a phone call.
From the energetic standpoint, this kind
of close-range, man made electromagnetic
frequencies, or EMFs, emitted from the
wireless devices is detrimental to the human
body’s bioelectrical systems. Harmful
EMFs inhibit the body’s natural energy
flow. Inhibited energy flow can lead to
incoherence, which can lead to congestion.
Pain is a symptom of the congested energy,
and when that isn’t properly addressed,
they can lead to almost every disease
in existence, from weight gain to brain
tumors.
Are we saying that man made EMFs are
the sole cause of these diseases? Of course
not. But EMFs do contribute to energy
congestion, which directly leads to health
problems.
But this is a difficult concept to convey
to a public that either doesn’t accept the
science of bioelectrical energy, doesn’t
know about it or doesn’t care. As long as
they feel all right, then everything is okay.
But inhibitions on the bioelectrical
systems are difficult to detect by just
“feeling.” Someone can be affected by
EMFs from wireless devices for many
years before ever experiencing any serious
symptoms. By the time a brain tumor is
detected, the damage has already been
done.

Secret Plan To Kill Internet By 2012: Leaked?

ISP's have resolved to restrict the Internet to a TV-like subscription model where users will be forced to pay to visit selected corporate websites by 2012, while others will be blocked, according to a leaked report. Despite some people dismissing the story as a hoax, the wider plan to kill the traditional Internet and replace it with a regulated and controlled Internet 2 is manifestly provable.

"Bell Canada and TELUS (formerly owned by Verizon) employees officially confirm that by 2012 ISP's all over the globe will reduce Internet access to a TV-like subscription model, only offering access to a small standard amount of commercial sites and require extra fees for every other site you visit. These 'other' sites would then lose all their exposure and eventually shut down, resulting in what could be seen as the end of the Internet," warns a report that has spread like wildfire across the web over the last few days.

The article, which is accompanied by a You Tube clip, states that Time Magazine writer "Dylan Pattyn" has confirmed the information and is about to release a story - and that the move to effectively shut down the web could come as soon as 2010.




People have raised questions about the report's accuracy because the claims are not backed by another source, only the "promise" that a Time Magazine report is set to confirm the rumor. Until such a report emerges many have reserved judgment or outright dismissed the story as a hoax.

What is documented, as the story underscores, is the fact that TELUS' wireless web package allows only restricted pay-per-view access to a selection of corporate and news websites. This is the model that the post-2012 Internet would be based on.

People have noted that the authors of the video seem to be more concerned about getting people to subscribe to their You Tube account than fighting for net neutrality by prominently featuring an attractive woman who isn't shy about showing her cleavage. The vast majority of the other You Tube videos hosted on the same account consist of bizarre avante-garde satire skits on behalf of the same people featured in the Internet freedom clip. This has prompted many to suspect that the Internet story is merely a stunt to draw attention to the group.

Whether the report is accurate or merely a crude hoax, there is a very real agenda to restrict, regulate and suffocate the free use of the Internet and we have been documenting its progression for years.

The first steps in a move to charge for every e mail sent have already been taken. Under the pretext of eliminating spam, Bill Gates and other industry chieftains have proposed Internet users buy credit stamps which denote how many e mails they will be able to send. This of course is the death knell for political newsletters and mailing lists.

The annual Bilderberg meeting was held from June fifth through the eighth on American soil, inside the Westfields Marriott Hotel, Chantilly Virginia, the same location as 2002.

Alex Jones and We Are Change along with about a hundred others showed up to let the globalists know that we are watching them and we know their plans. No member of the MSM felt that a meeting of 140 of some of the most powerful people in the world was worth covering, aside from those spinning the idea that their silence is good and a few other rags denying their existence. Luckily the real media - the underground media - was there to expose these criminals, Jim Tucker and Alex Jones lead the way.

For a week prior to Bilderberg, Jones put out a call for those close to the Marriott to head over to and get some footage from inside the building before they closed it to the public. One man named Adam shot some video, and then he was visited by a couple of guys who claimed to be Diplomatic Security. Another guy borrowed his Grandmothers car, drove over to the Marriott and was followed by two guys throughout the hotel. Later, some "officials" were sent over to his Aunt’s house, and made a call to his Grandma. In both instances they were trying to insinuate that these gentlemen were planning some type of terrorism. Alex Jones didnt escape the harassment either, he made it into Virginia a few days early and captured his own footage of the Marriott. Later he was approached by a guy asking him if he would like to attack the state department. These are just a few examples of how closely they are instructed to watch us and once the meeting began their presence was always known.

The Meeting

Upon our arrival we journeyed to the hotel lounge of the Hilton, where a guy in a suit was watching a couch full of We Are Change members. He was covering his mouth and talking to himself, while an older gentleman was leaning back in his seat clearly eavesdropping on them as well. Instantly the reality of where I was set in. Tucker made his annual attempt to enter the Marriott shortly after the Bilderberg meeting began, and he was once again denied entrance. Like every other year, there would be no press allowed inside to actually cover it. So he stood at the entrance and covered it from there, (while his moles operated from the inside). As the black cars and trucks with tinted windows rolled passed, cameras were ready, and many were exposed, like Ben Bernanke, the current Fed Chairman.

Helicopter Ben attended Bilderberg as the stock market plummeted nearly 400 points on Friday, it was instant results from Bilderberg this year. He’s sitting inside the Bilderberg meeting as oil goes beyond 138 dollars a barrel! Jim Tucker had been saying 140 dollars a barrel for a few years and here it is crippling us.


There was also all that Obama and Hilary action, he was on the plane, then he wasn’t. They met, then they hadn’t and then she’s out of the presidential race. (It is obvious Rockefeller wants to push the agenda forward too quickly but this kind of turn around time is ridiculous!) It has been reported that many came to Virginia to discuss war with Iran, but let’s hope that doesn’t happen any time soon.

Every time these Bilderbergers entered and exited the Westfields Marriott they were reminded of their crimes, and reminded that we will fight for our sovereignty, and resist their tyranny. It was an honor to stand with so many people brave enough to tell these globalists what they can do with their New World Order. Jim Tucker said this was the biggest turnout for a Bilderberg meeting in America, and it was on par with meetings held in Europe. Alex Jones said this was the best one he had covered.

It was still difficult not to think that it could have been better had more people been bold enough to take the trip to Virginia. Some people took off from work, borrowed cars, asked their parents for help, and will be late on the mortgage just to have been there. They came from all across America, even some Canadians were there.


To the millions of people who didn’t make it, you missed out and although the videos from Bilderberg 2008 contain great footage they do not capture the feeling of being there, watching this really happen, voicing your opposition right to their faces is worth being late on any payment.

The Local Police VS. The Secret Bilderberg Thugs

Overall there was no problem with the local police throughout the weekend, and that is in large part due to what unfolded early on. Thursday, a spokesman for Westfields Business Association, came out and made an attempt to move everyone to the other side of the street. He was asked if he was under pressure from the guests that were inside, and when he said "Yes I am" he knew he had been defeated. Then the police laid off a bit, their were too many people that knew too much about their rights. In many other cities the police would have been brutal.

There was only one incident when one of the protesters was manhandled. It was a bit disturbing, it was an actual thought crime that got him pulled from the crowd. He had written a post on a blog, under an alias no less, and they didn’t like the way he was talking about his Second Amendment rights. They did’nt have to dig too far to figure out who he was and what he looked like, he himself said they probably used facebook.

When they were finished with planning on the best way to further enslave us they left, one black car at a time. Some covered their faces with papers or their hands, (Madeline Albright wouldn’t even pull in) but some couldn’t care less. Vernon Jordon Bill Clinton’s former adviser, and the Bilderberg chairman himself Etienne Davignon, just sat back as they fled the scene and David Rockefeller was too slow to hide himself even if he wanted to (its no wonder he wants to move ahead with the New World Order so quickly, he’ll be 93 next week).

Quebec provincial authorities have admitted
that three rock-wielding mask-wearing "anarchists"
were in fact police infiltrators used to gather information
on protesters at this week's SPP summit, but authorities are
still ludicrously denying the fact that the provocateurs were
intent on causing a riot in order to justify a heavy-handed
response.

Yesterday, debunkers attempted to claim that
identical
yellow marks on the boots of the "anarchists"
and the police were simply Canadian Safety Industry seals
and dismissed allegations that the three "anarchists"
were undercover cops. Those same trolls and apologists for
the authorities have egg on their face today after the police
were forced to admit their role in using disguised cops to
infiltrate the protesters before staging their arrests when
they were exposed as agent provocateurs.

"Police came under fire Tuesday, when a video surfaced
on YouTube that appeared to show three plainclothes police
officers at the protest with bandanas across their faces.
One of the men was carrying a rock," reports
CBC.

"In the video, protest organizers in suits order the
men to put the rock down, call them police instigators and
try unsuccessfully to unmask them."

"Quebec provincial police admitted Thursday that three
of their officers disguised themselves as demonstrators during
the protest at the North American leaders summit in Montebello,
Que. However, the police force denied allegations its undercover
officers were there on Monday to provoke the crowd and instigate
violence."

Protest organizers confirmed that four arrests had been made
in total during the summit, all of legitimate demonstrators,
meaning that the arrests of the "anarchists" was
a staged event purely for public and media consumption to
create the myth that the police were responding to the fact
that one of the anarchists was wielding a rock and attempting
to break through a police line.

Watching the video, it is clearly evident that as soon as
the trio are exposed as police, they try to casually drift
back into police ranks before cops are forced to stage their
arrests.

Firstly, why should we accept the notion that it's legitimate
for police officers to engage in tactics more familiar to
rogue intelligence agencies by disguising themselves as anarchists
in order to spy on completely non-violent protesters who are
merely exercising their right to peaceably assemble?

Secondly, if the police had to go to the lengths of staging
arrests to perpetuate the myth that the "anarchists"
were real protesters then why should we believe for a second
that they weren't intent on causing violence, since they had
armed themselves with projectiles?

The so-called "black bloc" anarchists are completely
infiltrated and controlled by the security services and are
routinely employed at major protest events to cause riots
and demonize legitimate peaceful protesters.

Dave Coles, president of the Communications,
Energy and Paperworkers Union, confronts the undercover cops
and attempts to remove their face masks before the cops try
to skulk back behind the police line.

In Seattle in 1999 at the World Trade Organization
meeting, the authorities declared a state of emergency, imposed
curfews and resorted to nothing short of police state tactics
in response to a small minority of hostile black bloc hooligans.
In his film Police
State 2, Alex Jones covered the fact that the
police allowed the black bloc to run riot in downtown Seattle
while they concentrated on preventing the movement of peaceful
protestors. The film presents clear evidence that the left-wing
anarchist groups are actually controlled by the state and
used to demonize peaceful protesters.

At the WTO protests in Genoa 2001 a protestor
was killed after being shot in the head and run over twice
by a police vehicle. The Italian Carabinere also later beat
on peaceful protestors as they slept, and even tortured some,
at the Diaz School. It later
emerged that the police fabricated evidence against
the protesters, claiming they were anarchist rioters, to justify
their actions. Some Carabiniere officials have since come
forward to say they knew
of infiltration of the so called black bloc anarchists,
and that fellow officers acted as agent provocateurs.

At the Free Trade Area of Americas protests
in Miami in late November 2003, more provocateuring was evident.
The United
Steelworkers of America calling for a congressional
investigation, stated that the police intentionally caused
violence and arrested and charged hundreds of peaceful protestors.
The USWA suggested that billions of dollars supposedly slated
for Iraq reconstruction funds are actually being used to subsidize
"homeland repression" in America.

The leadership of the black bloc has been completely usurped
by the authorities and anyone who still professes to be a
member of the group is either supremely naive or completely
stupid. To dress up like terrorists, all in black with ski
masks and bandanas (like the police) immediately sends out
a negative message to the watching public and demonizes legitimate
protesters.

The black bloc should be immediately disbanded and anyone
that dresses in their garb and threatens to engage in violence
at a protest should be exposed to the media for what they
are - dirty cowboy cops who think their job is to spy on and
abuse peaceful protesters, scum who prey on the weak and give
good police a bad name while ensuring the right to protest
is chilled.

The elite Bilderberg Group, which is convening this year at the Westfields
Marriott hotel in Chantilly, Virginia, has officially ended the Democratic
presidential contest between Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama.

The two presidential hopefuls were summoned to the Bilderberg Group annual
meeting, where they were both informed that Obama would play the part
of the Democratic candidate this election year. Clinton is reported to
have begged Lord Rothschild and David Rockefeller — both senior
level Bilderbergers — for forgiveness following her poor campaign
performance this past year

“Mrs. Clinton was very upset,” said a male prostitute who
services some of the male Bilderberg members. “She said David Rockefeller
was behind the push to oust her from the race. She had apparently been
promised a comeback effort by Lord Rothschild like the kind that was granted
to her husband Bill Clinton in the early 1990s, when it looked like he
was going to be out of the presidential race.”

Rothschild represents U.K. interests in the Bilderberg Group, while Rockefeller
handles U.S. concerns. Sources say that Rockefeller overruled Rothschild
on the Clinton matter.

Republican candidate John McCain is also scheduled to appear before Bilderberg
soon, and will be given a script on how he should campaign against Obama.
Bilderberg is expected to choose which candidate — McCain or Obama
— will be the next U.S. president sometime during the next two days.

The Bilderberg Group was formed in the 1950s to consolidate the countries
of the world into regions to be controlled by the world’s elite,
as a precursor to a global government. It often interferes directly in
democratic countries in order to further this agenda. Republican Congressman
Ron Paul of Texas was effectively knocked out of the presidential race
by the Bilderbergers, shortly after the elite group ordered the U.S. mainstream
news media not to report on him. Paul had espoused anti-globalist views
during his campaign.
